On Saturday, May 4, the 10th annual Procession of the Species began behind the library at 3:30p.m. The parade was filled with people in lively animal costumes. The festivities continued as the animal train made their way to Maritime Heritage Park which was filled with upbeat music played by a Marimba Band headed by John Hatten and Deb Dole.
