The class, supervised by the Unmanned Vehicle Institute, helped students develop an understanding of drone safety, aeronautical principles, and the commercial potentials of aerial vehicles.

Middle schoolers attend healthcare workshop
By Evan Leahy On Saturday, March 5, Whatcom Community College hosted the annual “Guys and Guts” workshop. Twenty middle school aged boys attended the day-long workshop. Attendees were encouraged to bring a parent or guardian, which about two thirds of attendees did.
