Drama production auditions
The drama club will be hosting auditions for an upcoming production in fall quarter 2013 on June 4. Students interested in auditioning can contact the club’s advisor Gerry Large by email at glarge@whatcom.ctc.edu.
College Closed
Whatcom Community College will be closed from May 25 to May 27 in observance of Memorial Day.
Spring Choir Concert
Whatcom will host its annual Spring Concert in Heiner Theater on Tues. Jun. 4 at 7:30 p.m. The choir will sing a mix of madrigals, spirituals, international folk songs and vocal jazz. Parking for the event is free.
Faculty Excellence Awards
Nominations for Whatcom’s Faculty Excellence Awards are due by Fri. May 24 at 4:30 p.m. Students interested in nominating an instructor may obtain forms from the college’s website, Entry and Advising, the Learning Center and the Information desks in Laidlaw and Syre Student Center.
